Upgrade Question

If I upgrade from one version to another version of vBulletin, would I lose my custom hacks/mods, style, replacement and template?

No you will not lose any template/style changes. However you will lose any code changes you have made.

One other thing: I know that the admin can control the types of files users can upload as attachments but can the admin also limit the file-size of the attachments?
