Is vBulletin Lite message board a CGI based message forum which uses flat file database? Because my host only allows PHP/ASP message forum.

          Juliet

          use a PHP 3.0.9 and MySQL 3.22

for most bests results, that's recommended is PHP 4.05 or higher and MySQL 3.23.33 or higher!

where are you from, Juliet ?
          What your full name ?
          You love me ?
