When I would make changes to my site would I have to do that from my computer or could I just log into vbulletin from anywhere and make changes? Thanks

For security reasons, I would not suggest login into your admincp from just anywhere. But, you could login to it from anywhere, if you wanted, and make changes in the admincp area.
