Access to all help forums after buying

I am close to buying vBulletin but I have another question. If I buy one copy of vBulletin is it possible for both myself and my server company to have access to all of the vBulletin support forums to ask questions about the software or will you only allow one person per license to access all of the forums?

yes it's possible

you need to enter you're username used on this forum on the page http://www.vbulletin.com/members/forums.php

log in using vB customer license/password and you can enter your username and up to 2 other forum usernames which will be authorised by you to receive support on these forums.

these 2 users have no access to your customer license details etc only they will be marked to be shown as a licensed user for support purposes
