Fanhome is the largest I've seen as far as total posts and disboards.com for online visitors at one time. That flashkit.com board is incredible. Not very active but almost 300,000 members? Holy smokes! Imagine if they contributed on a daily basis. That would be interesting to see 50K or so online at oncehttp://www.softballfans.com

wow
WOW.
Im amazed lol at the size of some of these forums LOL
I just started and I only have 15 lol
Can I as you guys how long it took before your forums really began to take off??.
Also how did you get the word out.
I have an Ikon board at the moment but I’m thinking of VB.
The cost is the only thing holding me back right now.
Thanks for your impute.

As for the cost, I suggest you go with the one-year license; that way if your site dies down after a year, you wouldn't have wasted the extra money it would have costed for the $160 license.

I bought it lol
Can't stand leasing.
I figured I was going to buy one sonner or latter, I choose sonner instead of having to move allot more member down the road
So this is the worlds smallest VB LOL
Check it out if you like. I still have work to do.
Feel free to join lol
PS: This board smokes Ikonboard big time lol
