James is actually correct - I misread your question as asking about a site providing vBulletin for download, in which case my answer would be correct.

Any and all measures are taken to protect Jelsoft copyrights and intellectual property. Those guilty of pirating the software will be dealt with appropriately! This will often involve being banned from their ISP, and losing their server and web site data. We have a professional 3rd party helping us in this matter, fully backed up by a team of lawyers if the need arises.

So don't do it!
