    what will vbulletin team do if they found a website with ............................

    ......................vbulletin from illegal download or a non listed member of a vbulletin members ?

    just notice them to stop?
    sue them?
    leave them because they don't have upgrade ability?

    as we know, they are many of website like that..................

      I believe the administrator of the board will be contacted first and asked to purchase a license...if they do not do this then we will contact the host and ask for the site to be shut down.

                Any and all measures are taken to protect Jelsoft copyrights and intellectual property. Those guilty of pirating the software will be dealt with appropriately! This will often involve being banned from their ISP, and losing their server and web site data. We have a professional 3rd party helping us in this matter, fully backed up by a team of lawyers if the need arises.

                So don't do it!
