What is the difference between the Suite $285 v. the Forum $195?

I read the differences but I don't understand a few things.

What are the KEY differences, for instance, if I go with Suite I dont have admin control? or its completely different differences.

What do most sites use to have a forum running as a webmaster. the 195 or the 285?

If you do not know what are the differences and still want to buy one of them than go for the "195".
Later on for $100 you can upgrade to "285" which includes "195".

but generally speaking, which is for runnign a forum? im sure both do the job but which works for most people?

I am coming from phpbb3 and to be honest i think it sucked, requires to much work jsut to add a small feature like "thanks" buttons

If you do not want for example the blog and buying the forum only version, than you do not need admin control for the blog.

vbulletin suite is the forum, the blog, and the CMS
