Looking to purchase

I'm looking to purchase vBulletin for another forum I'm starting up. Although, I would like to run version 3.x instead of 4.x, how do I go about purchasing a 3.x license?

When you buy a new licence today, you can use past versions (pre-v4) if you like. You don't have to use the latest versions available (like if the mods you want to use have not been updated to v4).
