New to VB, need to know a good host for lightly used VB install

I want to set up a VB for a Home Owners Association, probably will only have 300 or so users. Any suggestions for a website hoster that is low cost and has all the requirements in place? I know to an experianced web person this question may be moot but it would save me a lot of time if someone would just send me in the best direction. Thanks, Dennis
