VBulletin API available - Want to make a VB site and Develop a iPhone App for it

Is there a Vbulletin api available or any way I can make and pull posts from a VB site (via XML or JSON)?

I am trying to make an iPhone app to interact with VB so I would need to be pulling and posting the data.

vBulletin is building there own Mobile solution but it works with 4.0.9 so you need to wait until that one becomes public then its possible.
