main forum and test forum

i would like to know if i could have a test forum, not publically accessable, so that i could test new templates/hacks/etc without affecting the main board. i know the licence only allows one board, but surly a test board thats not used by anyone but me would make sense to be allowed?

As long as the testing forum is completely private and not used/accessible by any other person, it's ok.
