One license lets you run one instance of vbb on one web server for one web site.

If you just want one, 'own' license: $ 160,-

If you wish to have more instances for more sites, you can get discounts (from 3 and up).

Example: if you have 5 web site's and you wish to run 5 vbb's (one for each web site) then you can get discount $148 per license, instead of $160.
ok: That is 5x $148 = $ 740 total
whether, if you would buy 5 individual licenses of $160 each, you'd be paying a total of $ 800 -- so they give you $ 60 discount.

Either the above info confuses you more, but I hope it clears things up !!

About the CC.
I bought vBB with CC and it is really secure I believe, everything is done in like 3 to 4 steps, with confirmation and instant results!

I had everything done within 15 minutes, and was already uploading the vBB source code to my site !
