Transfering License

Just wondering if anyone has the info on WHAT exact procedures need to be met to transfer a license? eg. cannot be expired license, owned license, vB4 license etc...

From what I remember, you were allowed to transfer a license if it was at least 3 months old and had to be an active license?

Just wanting to know, as I have someone who might be interested in mines.

I think just submit a ticket to vb staff with this problem and they will solve this problem ....
