My best friend gives me a vbulletin 2.2.0 He have's a legal version. But I not, I think so. My question is: do I have a legal version or a illegal version?

You cannot re-distribute software, even to your best friends, because it's illegal.
If you want to have a legal copy you must either purchase vBulletin (http://www.vbulletin.com/order.php) or user your friend's license for yourself (which means he must not use it himself anymore).
