Anyone offering vBulletin skills for development

I want to create a community forum for a web site but while I can Administrate it I don't have the skills (VB,Php or MySQL) or time to set it up. Are there any individuals or companies preferably in UK who offer the initial configuring service and longer term support ?

It costs $135.

Thanks Firefly for your prompt response that is certainly useful but I was thinking about getting templates and icons sorted and capturing the right data for my purposes. Given time I could pick it up from the manual / forums but I am not a technical specialist and therefore see it as a more suitable task for such a person.
