If i renew my old license with 4.0 classic forum and after 3 or 6 mounths i want to upgrade to publishing suite can i do that ?
and how much it will cost me ?

The difference between the Forum Classic and the Suite license is 90 dollars: 195/285. The upgrade cost is based on normal pricing and right now there is not a discount on it.

new licenes 285
upgrade 250
and the classice forum price is
new licenes 195
upgrade 175
any idea ?

If you have a current vB3 license, you can upgrade to the classic license for 175, or the suite for 250.
If you upgrade to the classic license for 175, then decide you want to upgrade to the suite, its 100 USD.
