Upgrading to vbulletin classic 4.0 with expired leased licence

Well i had vbulletin leased licence for last 3 years and it had expired 4-5 months back.. now i want to upgrade that licence to 4.0 forum classic..sorry i was sort of money and finally got collected the sum..

My questions are:

Can i upgrade with normal $175 price ... or should i have to buy a new one..as my licence had expired 5 months back should i have to pay the penalty for those 5 months or just enjoy a new upgrades and forget about those 5 months. Let me know..

You don't pay for the 5 months, if your license expired you can't host the software during those 5 expired license months.

So you should be able to pay the normal $175 price flat out.

you can run the most current version till forever you just wong get patches after it goes E.O.L

IIRC e.o.l for vb3 will be when vb4 gets to 4.1.0
