    Buying vbulletin

    Hello,

I am thinking about buying vbulletin 4 forums, but I am not sure weather I shall go for full suite or forum only.

Therefore I wonder, if I buy forum only, can I upgrade to whole suite later, and at what price?

    Thanks

Also, I am wondering how well is vBulletin 4 SEO compatible (can you have links like domain.com/forums/category-name/50473-Forum-Title-SEOFriendly)

      Yes,$100

vB5 is unequivocally the best forum software, but not yet...

If you need content, say just articles/pages then start off with the suite.

It might be easier than porting later from WP/Drupal/Joomla if you are going to add content now.

If the content is more complex you might want to wait for the CMS to mature a little.
          Hmmm. Cheese.

vBulletin can have human readable URLS aka SEO friendly. Keywords in the URL can be helpful but really Big sites like google and yahoo and bing don't care what your URL structure is as long as you're not giving them session data (and we don't).

Ok, so you are saying that I don't really need to buy vbseo than? Because rewriting links on existing forum is pain in the ass and I want to setup everything when I start my website.

                • Payment not Completed!
                • Sorry but your purchase was rejected, either by your card company or due of security settings. We do not have access to the reasons for this. Unfortunately if your credit card was rejected there is nothing we can do about this except to suggest either using a different card or another payment method. Very sorry for any inconvenience.

you have to delete the nulled copy and then purchase a valid one so data loss will happen
