4.0 Suite vs. Forum standalone

Ok, I know that the options are shown on the main site. The first question I have: Is the Forum standalone skinable by using the styles in the admin menu?

Next question, I tried the demo, but the demo is running an older version. Is there a 4.0 version demo out there yet?

you can skin both the suite and forum only in the ACP

as to the vb4 demo i do not know
