Auction & Classified Add-ON for 4.0

Would anyone know how I would go about fulfilling this task? Is there software that is already out there? Is there a site where developers would bid for this, etc?

1) Classifieds
2) Auctions

(2 separate add-ons)

I suggest reading through member comments to get a feel of how each add-on is working out for other sites.

You'll need to read the descriptions to see. If they have any sort of ads, they are supposed to disclose that.
