I'll be happy to share what I know about it..
We purchased a customized flash chat script from them. It was supposed to work with our exisiting DB of paid members.
After very carefully explaining all requirements we were qouted a price of $2,200+. It's a crazy amount of money, but we thought it would be beneficial to our members and over time we would make back this investment on new subscribers.
So we verified all of the details to make sure all specs were understood and the price included the product, customizaiton, setup and integration, and one year's free upgrade and tech support service.
We were told it would take 2 days for the custom work and 1 day to integrate into our website's DB.
We ordered..
Directly after ordering we received this message:
"Thanks for your payment.
And hope you could forgive us first. It is Spring Festival in China from 2011-2-1 to 2011-2-7,which is an important festival for our Chinese. So we will be on holidays these days, so sorry that we only could try our best to finish your customization when we come back company.
So sorry for any inconvenience we brought to you."
Funny there was no mention of this prior to ordering..
So now I have a bad feeling about this whole thing. Lots of money spent on a potentially dishonest company...
Fast forward to 12 days later and many e-mails to their support (progressively getting angrier).
They finally "finished" the product, but only after I threatened a dispute with 2checkout.com.
Now I receive the custom file...
They state that I need to integrate it into my site.
Wait a sec.
Didn't I pay them to do this?
Weren't they suppose to spend a whole day studying my existing DB and integrating/bug testing the script?
Their instructions inform me to create a new mysql DB - how is it suppose to integrate into our existing DB?
So far the saga continues.. I'm not even going to try and install it until I get some response to these questions.
Question to you guys - what woud you do?

I haven't used it, but they have bridges for various bits of software.
My guess is you just install the software, it will need it's own db. Then install the bridge. Not sure why it would cost 2200Hmmm. Cheese.Comment

Well they are installing it now, so we'll see how it goes.
If they install it and it works correctly then I suppose I'll be happy with it. After all it is a nice chat room.
I'm hoping for the best.Comment

I'm just trying to help others by detailing my experience. A review of forums and posts regarding this company prior to ordering brought up both good and bad.
A lot of people seem to have the chat script and use it without problems. My review of the script was good and I thought it would be very beneficial to my website.
The main compliant was their awful customer service - this is in no way an exaggeration. I can honestly say that I have never experienced such terrible customer service.
In the end theres no serious risk to my company - either they provide the service as agreed or I dispute the charges and get a refund.
The main loss is time.. This whole thing has been a huge waste of time.
Update - they installed the demo. They actually installed the free demo and thats it.
Three e-mails asking what the deal is with the demo have gone unanswered - in two days so far.Comment

A chargeback will be issued from my bank by Thursday if there is no refund from 123flashchat.com or 2checkout.
*As an online seller I despise chargebacks, so I am trying to request the refund without resorting to these measures.
I think its official - STAY AWAY FROM 123FLASHCHAT.COM
Just nothing but problems dealing with these idiots..Comment

Dear sir, sorry that you had bad experience here. It's our fault, firstly we should have reminded you of the festival in advance, (it's as important as the X'mas holiday to us), secondly we should finish the integration for you as we have promised. There was some mis-communication between our departments and I've coordinated the team to clear things up. We are now awaiting your permission to log on your system to get things done, please give us a second chance and it will benefit your users, and you can then make back the investment!

Well it's not very correct.
If vBulletin is integrated to enable single sign-on, and you choose to display chat status on vBulletin front page, then it will take some time to load the data but it's less than 5 seconds and your users won't even notice it.
