Discounts start when you purchase 3 licenses at the same time, if you wnt to just purchase one more, sign up for the affiliate program and reffer yourself, that should work

As Joe noted, discounts are only for simultaneous purchases.

If you run a webmaster or similar type community, you may want to run the affiliate program anyway (beyond just referring yourself ).
