Is there a way to use vbullettin as the forums instead of the forum that comes with PHP Nuke

I have seen some sites have it come up in the middle of the page so I was wondering how would this be done

Thanks for the links both of you

I couldnt find the hach to incoorporate vbulletin, can you point me to it

It dose not have to be PHP Nuke, it couls be something similar with the ability to use bulletin. News post dont have to be posted to vbulletin as threads. I am more interested in just having vbulletin show up in the center of the site where the news is posted.

That said, is there any other portals that fit this better

phpportals.com is a PHPNuke-type system built around vBulletin.
