I buy a vbulletin license and before that I get me some doubts:
1: I can buy throug unverified paypal account? I have no credit card =(
2: the final price is u$s195 or taxes?
3: after buying it, I get an email from where I download it? has a serial vbulletin?
4: if I buy I use vbulletin 4.0 version 3.8x?
5: have support in spanish?

these are my questions for now, what matters most to me is the support in Spanish because I'm from Argentina and I have a very basic English. I have to help with translation and dictionary ..
