What table are IP's for ip-banned users stored in?

I needed that information for an application that needs to access that table but I can't seem to find it.

    Settings table

Its part of a row of data, search for "banip" in the varname column.

Oh, my mistake. But that table and column contains nothing with the name "banip".
There is only a "setting" table and "adv_setting" and "adv_settinggroup" table also.
