hi im wondering is there a way to make the site auto refresh. Im planning to use vbulletin to monitor the projects of the workers around the office but sometimes they might be doing a project that has been completed already or on going if they forgot to refresh the site.. thanks

I wouldn't do it.. it bugs the living days outa users and can put high load on server
