Switch 4.0 lisence to different domain

Hi, when I paid for the pre-upgrade option ($130) I selected the wrong domain/license in my members area. How can I switch them so that the Publishing Suite can be installed/upgraded on the (expired domain that I changed the URL for recently) and the other forum continue to run on the 3.8 platform?

The domain I want to use now had expired so that suggestion MAY NOT be an option.

I have 3 licences (2 expired), but I placed the 4.0 on the wrong license (the active one). I wanted to upgrade and transfer the 4.0 version to a different license/domain than I'm using now.
