If I didn't buy the option for no branding, can I edit the title of the page where it says "<Forums Name> - Powered by vBulletin"?

Is the branding free licence transferable? Say I buy from an expired vb licence and transfer the option to my licence?

Anything like branding free, professional installs/upgrades, project tools, blogs, etc are all tied to their licenses and not transferable.
