Is the old price gone now?

It is clear that the offer ended but is it possible a new offer until dec 31 2009? Maybe a special discount with bonus coupons.
I lost the offer because I don´t understand the time 12 pst, sorry but my native language is Spanish. I live in Peru and when I try to buy the CMS it is 23:20 hours, I am very clear that is my fault for that reason I request if is possible a special discount.
I wait the last minute for buy because I am new in this community and I am checking the features of vBulleting, also I didn´t notice any annoucement about the endend of offer only that the deadline was extending since Oct

I received an email 5 days before the sale was going to end. I started to update, then decided to wait until my 3.8 lease is up, then I'll update.

It was obvious when the pre-sale pricing would end -- both in the email and in the ACP. The pre-sale price has been available for months. And it's just that, a pre-sale price. The Gold version is now available, so it's no longer "pre-sale".

I am a little confused, however, by the fact that for me to upgrade now is $15 more than purchasing the software new. New=$235. Upgrade=$250.
