    Buying Process...

    Hi All,

I currently run AussieSmallBusiness.com, a new resource for Australian small business just launched on November 1. We currently use XMB but I am not happy with the sw and having been looking around at other boards. Yes, I have looked at a number of free ones floating around, even the blatant ripoffs of VB. For me to host what I hope will become a popular small business community of any of these is asking for trouble, especially since most of them are one-man bands or very young, non-business/commercial savvy developers.

Anyway, I have been doing a bit of lurking here at vBulletin and vbulletin.org and have pretty much decided to purchase. I do have one question, once I have actually gone through the purchase process, how long does it take to actually get the software? Is it downloadable immediately after the buying process or do we have to wait a while? I ask these things due to the fact that we are in Australia, and deliveries of anything usually take a while. Once I have shelled out the dollars, I would be eager to get the sw installed, hacked a little to fit into my site and make it available.

    Any info would be appreciated.

    Thanks in advance
    vBulletin Owner since 2002!

You should have access to the software within a few minutes.

After the credit card is verified and charged, an email is sent to the address you gave with license information and download instructions. It's sometimes a tad slow arriving but should be with you within half an hour or so.

Wow!, This is the quickest response on *any* board I have ever seen. This is the trump card that just sealed the sale!!

Thanks for the info, I grab the CC from my wallet and start buying.

      Thanks again!

The point is there was no need to say it at all.
