I've ordered a new license for the suite and paid to Jelsoft UK (as per payment instruction) by wire transfer on october 19. The FAQ says:
It's been 9 business days and I haven't heard anything yet.
Should I file a support ticket with the order and transaction numbers, or is there a delay in processing wire transfer payments due to the Jelsoft UK/vBulletin Solutions USA transition and should I just wait a little longer?
Wire Transfers can take up to 4-8 business days.
