My member ID and PW do not work on the new site. I am trying to take advantage of the presale, my license is active and I cant log on that new site. I can still log on this site without a problem.

Id really like to take advantage of the discount on the Suite before the time runs out. Can this be fixed?

I had the same problem. Contacted the sales hotline and they were able to assist me.

Strange indeed, since I was still able to log-in to the old member area but not the new system..
But I had my password reset (lost password) and were able to log-in to both the old and the new customer area afterward.

That did the trick, thanks so much. I used the lost password, got a new one and it worked just fine.

Oh and Jelsoft may want to talk to the people on their phone service. I was told I had to have a service contract to purchase the new vBulletin. lol
