It's the same login required for the Member's Area: your customer number and customer password. If you do not yet have a license, you do not have a customer number. If you do, again, it's the same details required to login to the Member's Area. -
I was having the same problem as well. The front page would recongize me, then further down in the purchase area it wouldn't, I'd go back to the main page, it would again... No idea really.
Seems if it's not the forums, it's not remembering who you are correctly. I'm using FF3.5, no idea if that's the issue or not. But anyway, I'm just posting to let you know you're not the only one having issues with that.Comment

Double check you've typed your customer number and password correctly. If it's correct the same details you entered at http://www.vbulletin.com/login.php would work when you log in to http://members.vbulletin.com/. Does logging into http://members.vbulletin.com/ with same details work ?:: Always Back Up Forum Database + Attachments BEFORE upgrading !
