He got one year left for his license. (Expire october 2010). It's -40$ per year left.

I don't think he does, as he will then be within the 12 months.

If he leaves it more after the 16th he will be within 12 months.

Unless IB confirm otherwise I would upgrade now.

I don't see an announcement, did the truly one time discount just get a $30 boost? I am glad I didn't pay yesterday.

This is rather confusing.
