method for Chinese buyers to purchase upgrade ?

I own a license that has not expired yet and I want to purchase the upgrade.

But when I log in I will automatically jump to the old Chinese custom system and cannot direct back to the purchase website. (because I bought my license from the Chinese support website and its sale has been closed ? But my license has not expired yet~~)

Would any body tell me how I can purchase an upgrade in this case ?

I also have licence of Chinese version, and want to purchase the English upgrade in the presales period.

I want to VB team to consider about this.
