    Hello

    I was going to login to the custom area to see what my options might be for renewing my licence with regard to the v4 upgrade path, but lost my custom password.

    So I tried to use the following link to get my password but the url does not work:


    Please fix it so i can get my password

    PS Was also interested in the publishing suite pre-order but its a bit of a gamble pre-ordering something like that as you havent even seen it or had a chance to play with it yet?

        Same issue. My license ID/password doesnt work and Im certain I have not changed it recently.

            Seeing that you joined this forum in October 2008 - When was the last time you used it? (The login to the customers area)
