Owned Liscense but need updates again

Hi

I have an owned license. I got updates for the first year or two and then was unemployed and let the updates go so it has been several years since I have been able to get updates. I am running 3.6.1 and want to upgrade to the latest version (I think 3.8.3). What do I need to do or whom do I need to talk to about paying to get updates again. By the way I wasn't sure where to put this so sorry if it is in the wrong place. Thanks!

You can renew your license from the Members Area. Just click on 'Renewals/New Purchases', then 'Continue' to get to the renewal options.

OK I have a new problem. My previous username and password for the members area is not working. How do I get a current username and password?

You can use the lost password link to reset your customer password:

It is saying my number is not recognized. Is it possible it has been so long I have been kicked out of the system?
