I want to start a new dating site. Will vB4 include social networking features that will allow me to use it as the main script?

features like searching members (not threads) by birth date or specific field?

You can search for members by birthday or specific fields now in 3.8.X. This has been a feature for a long time.

You can set the options under vBulletin Options -> vBulletin Options -> User Listing Options.
