    1. That depends. You can see which systems we have importers for here:

    2. How quickly you get the license info depends on the payment method you use. The quickest is with PayPal using the funds in your PayPal account. This should take just a few minutes unless the payment was an eCheck payment, in which case it usually takes 3-8 business days to clear.

The Metacharge credit card option also just takes a few minutes.

The Worldpay credit card option can take up to 24 hours to be verified.

Wire Transfers can take up to 4-6 business days.

And finally checks can take as long as necessary for the check to reach us, be deposited and clear our bank.

License information, regardless of payment method, is not issued until the payment clears our system.

If you believe that payment has cleared our system and you still haven't received the information, please reply with the email address and name used to order, as well as the order ID and payment method.

    3. We have several payment methods available. The currently available payment options are:

    a. Credit card
--- via Paypoint/Metacharge (Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Visa Electron, American Express-USD only)
--- via WorldPay (Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, JCB and Solo)
--- via PayPal (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Delta, Electron, Switch, Eurocard and Solo)

    b. PayPal
    --- Out of PayPal funds
--- Transfer out of Bank account attached to PayPal

    c. Check (includes Money Orders)

    d. Wire Transfer from existing bank account

    4. Sorry, I don't understand this question. Please explain.

As soon as you get your Customer Number and Password! (It depends on the payment method, as above).
It took me 3-4 minutes to order - pay - and receive my info! (Payment effected via PayPal).

Unfortunately, I don't have an answer to the first part of your question, therefore I don't know what is so different on using israeli Visa.

Why don't you try to effect payment through PayPal (you don't need to have an account with PayPal)... so, if there's something wrong with the israeli Visa, you'll be able to know!

Regarding Gmail... I have a Gmail account (and it's where I got all info from Jelsoft).

So what you say is that PayPal is better to pay.
Ok, how can I create a PayPal account?
              Is it payment too?

As I told you before, if you don't wish to get a PayPal account, you may pay through PayPal https://www.paypal.com (they'll ask for your info as well as for your credit card no) as if you were paying using normally your credit card.

No, you don't need to pay in order to get a PayPal account (if I remember well, they ask for a very small fee, something like one or two USD or Euros -but it's better to follow their instructions, while creating your account).

PayPal is very secure, I'm using it almost 7 years and there was never a problem.

PayPal does support Israeli Visa. Just go to http://www.paypal.com can choose 'create account'.

Erel said that Paypal does support Israeli Visa.

I didn't use Paypal because I didn't want to wait the 3-5 days or whatever it is for the e-funds to get transferred.

Instead, I paid by ordinary credit card. The transaction was completed in less than 24 hours, and I was on my way.

I don't see what you mean, I have a PayPal account and immediately after payment, I received both PayPal payment confirmation and Jelsoft's emails, including my info. As I told before, the whole procedure (ordering the product from Jelsoft + paying via PayPal + get the member no. & password) took 3-4 minutes!
