I have some questions before I purchase a license

Hi, I have some questions before I buy the liscense for vbulletin.

1. Are there free styles that I can get for my board? I've been on one that has one that is called "grape" and it's just a purple but would go very well with my logo and that's the main one I'm intersted in although I would like a few others as well.

2. I have a question about this branding thing. If I do NOT get the unbranding liscense, can I still put my logo on the upper left hand side of the board? (where you guys hae VBulletin now?

3 I'm unsure of what the project tools thing is for. Do I need that to convert my board from phpbb3 to VBulletin or to install it or run it or anything?

1) You can find hundreds of free styles at www.vbulletin.org

2) Of course you can

3) You don't need Project Tools for conversion, it is simply an add-on that you can purchase if you need something like a bug-tracker (as it is used here). For converting from phpBB you can use ImpEx which you get access to for free once you have bought your license.
