Thinking of purchasing Vbulletin.

I Currently have IPB, and was thinking about converting to vBulletin and was wondering, how do i go about doing that?

also i had transferred from phpbb to IPB originally last year and had the issue withthe passwords. How can i tell what salt system IPB uses and if it will be compatible. if not How can i fix that when my members log in?

Also if i were to convert myself, from IPB to vBulletin, and there was a problem, would there be someone/staff or such to help me?

I ran the test to see if Vb will run on my server and it passed, so this is something i'm really looking into, i have a small forum of about 160 members.
