2 Questions: License information & VAT Costs

Hey everyone,

Due to some problems, I am possible forced to buy a license. Problem is, the license is already installed on a forum. I do have FTP access on it, etc.. But my question is, how do I add my license (when I buy one) in to the current existing forums?

Secondly. May I ask why we have to pay 30 euro's VAT? I mean.. you buy it online yet you don't get it delivered at your home as you download the whole software. I rather find this unfair in my opinion. Unless of course it has been explained to me .

You can just upload your files over the current one, and be done.

Thank u. Stupid law's lately, it's stupid. If I may ask, "your files" which ones exactly? I do not wish to break the forums . Plus, I don't have completely adminship over the forums (just limited admin access).
