Is it possible to have 1 owned vbulletin license and run 2 different forums?

You may have 1 public forum and 1 hidden(password protected, named "testvb") forum for testing purposes.

vB5 is unequivocally the best forum software, but not yet...

If you wanted to Run 2 "PUBLIC" VB forum's you would half to purchase another license.

Yes as long as your test installation is passwordprotected (the licence owner should be the only person who can access it) and it is called "testvb"

                    Public does not apply here.

Any instance requires their own set of licensed files, private or public.
