clarification on owned license

Say i bought the owned license and installed it for one domain1.com.
If it turns out that domain1.com project was unsucessful, does the license allow me to install vbulletin on another domain2.com as long as i cease using it on domain1.com?

Yes, you can change the location of your vBulletin forums just as long as you are only running one copy at a time.

Be sure to update the forum URL in the Members Area under 'License Options':

http://www.vbulletin.com/members/
