Which type of visa card do do you use? If it's "Visa Electron", you can't pay for international services. If it's of a higher level, for example "Visa Classic", "Visa Gold" etc., you can use it and can, I think, send via paypal money from your Visa Card

and i can't use it or any other kind ever in paypal as paypal doesn't allow Egypt members

If it does not have a magnetic strip on the back of the card, then most likely we cannot accept it.

Well, some countries are tagged with suspicious activities and it is harder to purchase anything. Prepaid Cards are the norm in the Mediterranean, Middle East, Asia, as most in those countries believe if you do not have money to spend why go into debt. The concept of buying something without paying in full is quite foreign to most. The prepaid cards here in North America are for people with no credit or just bad credit.

Do not know what other options you have to send money, but I guess Staff can help you figure this out and or contact sales support.

That is really helpful seeing as this is the vbulletin pre-sales questions area. Jelsoft have no control over fraud prevention measures.
