the permissions/usergroups system in vBulletin give you the flexibility to have the number of admins you want, also you can have super-moderators (can moderate about anything), or moderators too...oh no, i'm not going with Xenforo... come on, i'm better than that... i stick with Wordpress... rofl -
Also there is config.php file where you can also make some adjustments for particualr users.
For example so that no one can delete some user throw ACP....... sigpic ...... "А стукачков мы не любим!"
