Robust Reporting Feature?
Hi,
We wanted to be able to report out # of unanswered original posts and average time it takes for an reply to original posts. We want to do this for each folder within a Forum site.
This way, we can set performance metrics for our moderators. I looked at the manuals but doesn't seem to have this function. Is that true? Are there any 3rd party available? Can we write our own codes?
