trying to buy another vb license

All right, well I attempted to purchase a liscense with Paypal but to no avail, for I got the same error message as everyone else here did. I understand it's not under your control, so I apologize if any of my posts made it seem like I was blaming the team for it.

I suppose Paypal should have the issue fixed later today or sometime tomorrow. Thanks for the explanation.

Paypal orders are definitely going through now so I do believe it's fixed.

I don't think it's fixed, I just attempted to buy a liscense with Paypal and it gave me the same exact error message.

Hmmm...there have bene plenty of successful Paypal orders today so I don't know why you are having this problem. If you are paying with a credit card, then you should use the Metacharge option instead of Paypal.

This is a bit late now. I had problems with Paypal a while back and it was suggested i use Metacharge, at the time i had never heard of this, so instead of using the paypal option i clicked on the metacharge option and i got my extra purchase np, bear it in mind folks.
