Multiple subdomains

I would like to have forums with local content in different subdomains all on one domain. Do I need a seperate license for each subdomain. The topic is the same but the I want to some of the content to be localized for each subdomain.

If there will be seperate instances of vBulletin then it'll require multiple licenses.

As long as you don't conceal that it's all the same forum, I believe it is ok to have different subdomains point to the same forum. It is acceptable to change parts of the display based on which subdomain you came from.
