You can search on Google for a web provider, Dreamhost is the host I use, and I've had no trouble with them.

Most web hosts should already support php and mysql, so you'll merely have to download and install vBulletin... and if you're unsure of doing this on your own you can purchase a professional installation by vBulletin staff.

I cannot suggest you using godaddy as a webhost.

Check into Surpass hosting. They are getting good reviews all around.

vbulletin itself is pretty easy to install. In a nutshell, you edit one file and add into your server IP address, DB username, DB Name, DB Password, upload your files, click a few buttons and done. Folks are always willing to help out if you really get stuck.

Do a search on Surpass (aka, Dimenoc, Host Dime) at www.webhostingtalk.com before you decide to use them. I would not recommend them to anyone personally.

You can try reading the manual, and if you can't figure it out on your own you can post in the Support forums for help. You'll need to register for Priority Forum Support through this link.

If you still can't figure it out then, you can pay to have vBulletin staff install it for you. This option is found in the Member Area.
